Rama Corporation has become well known as the problem solver of the industry, as well as producing the highest quality heating elements on the market today. Rama is the largest heater manufacturer on the West Coast supplying products worldwide for all industries.

Rama’s cartridge heaters are known for having the highest quality available. The Rama®Rod heaters are the result of many years experience perfecting high watt-density elements which are capable of long life at elevated temperatures. Rama®Rod heaters are manufactured with an Incoloy sheath and Incoloy end disc in addition to lava seal. They provide continuous sheath temperature up to 1600°F, as well as uniform, accurate heating in the lower temperature range.

Our EDM® cartridge heaters are manufactured with stainless steel sheath, stainless steel end disc material and mica seal. These heaters are designed specifically to provide excellent heating in the moderate ranges. The EDM® cartridge heater elements can provide sheath temperature up to 1200°F. Whatever your heating requirements, RAMA can provide the right heater for your application.

manufacturer

Cartridge heaters are one of the most popular heating products on the market. These tubular heating devices are used across a broad range of industries and businesses. If you’re looking for an effective heating mechanism that can reach high temperatures, a cartridge heater might be the perfect solution.

At Rama Corporation, we develop and manufacture a variety of custom cartridge heater. There isn’t a job that we’re not willing to take on. If you’re still deciding whether a cartridge heater is right for your business, it’s important to understand the different cartridge heating element offered on the market.

CARTRIDGE HEATER AVAILABLE FOR INDUSTRIAL BUSINESSES

Rama Corporation has a wide variety of cartridge heater elements. Most of our heaters have high-end incoloy sheathed material to provide an extended lifespan; this material also ensures the heater can withstand the heat it emits and survive harsh environments. A 304-stainless steel sheath is used to defend against moderate and high temperature.

We offer our customers a choice between a wide range of diameters and provide metric measurements for international purchasers. We also work with a variety of plug suppliers, including TE Connectivity/AMP, Molex, Hubbell, Leviton, and more. Our manufacturing team can provide a range of power options, voltage levels, and wattages.

Customized applications are a breeze. Rama Corporation can build cartridge heaters that are anywhere between 7/8″ to 72″ long.

When you hear experts discuss the ‘density’ of a cartridge heater element, they’re referring to the wattage of the heating device. Watt density is a useful tool for determining how effective and powerful a cartridge heater is. The more watt density available, the more effective it will be at heating.

If you’re looking to purchase high density cartridge heaters, you must work with a manufacturer that can supply the power that you need. At Rama Corporation, we utilize some of the industry’s best manufacturing techniques to ensure that we produce extremely dense cartridge heaters.

Our high density cartridge heaters provide constant heating to surrounding substances, liquids, or objects. The unique design of our cartridge heater also ensures that warming is accurate and efficient. If you’re using a cartridge heater for a commercial purpose, it’s critical to partner with a company that can provide efficient heating elements that won’t throw your company’s budget over the edge.

The unique design of our high-density elements helps ensure your heating component has a longer lifespan. If you want to avoid repurchasing soon, make sure to choose a heating element team you can trust.

We can build custom high density cartridge heaters tailored to your requirements. If you’d like to speak to a customer service member about placing a custom order, make sure to get in touch with our team.

Low density cartridge heaters are a great way to save money without compromising the quality of your custom heating element. OEM type of cartridge heater can be branded and created for large quantity orders.

If you need an immense amount of heat, a high temperature cartridge heater element is one of the most relevant options. High-temperature cartridge heaters often reach temperatures of up to 1600°F, which is almost twice as much as you find in traditional cartridge heaters.

Because this type of heater supplies significant heat to surrounding products or liquids, it’s essential that they are designed to withstand it too. Manufacturers typically protect part of the surrounding components with a durable sheath.

If you’re looking for a high temperature cartridge heaters that can take your warming capacities to the next level, Rama Corporation has plenty of options available for our customers. We are also able to custom manufacture heaters for commercial use.

It would be best if you always took particular care when using high temperature cartridge heaters. If you’re working with flammable liquids or solids, it’s essential to speak with an expert before deciding to go this route. Not doing so could prove fatal to your business.

Most major cartridge heaters are electric. It’s the electricity in the cartridge heater that provides the energy to warm your liquid or product. Without power, cartridge heaters would not be able to reach the intense temperatures they can achieve. If you’d like to discuss the electricity used by our electric cartridge heaters, make sure to get in touch with our team.

A cartridge heater is only as good as its controller. If you want to ensure that your cartridge hits the perfect temperature, you’ll need a reliable controller that gives you complete command of the device’s heat, especially if you have a cartridge heater that is used for different products or purposes; a single heat setting won’t be suitable in this instance.

Cartridge heaters can also be fitted with thermostats or other types of monitors, which helps you ensure that the target liquid or product is the right temperature. Without a thermostat built into your cartridge heater, you wouldn’t be able to keep a consistent eye on your cartridge heater’s performance.

Another feature that makes our company so unique is our ability to add custom controller options to our cartridge heaters. If you want a custom controller or a thermostat to monitor the heat of your cartridge, our team can tailor your product to your needs. We’ve helped thousands of customers customize their heaters with controller options and thermostats.

Rama Corporation offers distribution worldwide and maintains a studious list of clients. Our cartridge heaters suppliers are available for custom quotes in bulk and we also offer one off purchases. If your in the market to become a cartridge heaters supplier we can set your business up with distribution. For more information please visit our distributors page.

A cartridge heater with thermocouple is for applications when it is necessary for monitoring the internal temperature of the cartridge heater element. Our Rama Rod cartridge heaters can be integrated directly with a built in Thermocouple. Typically named as a “TC”, our interations of a cartridge heater with thermocouple uses either our tc type j or tc type k. thermocouple.
