Installation
– Indicate with symbols the warning of hot surfaces.
– Store as protected from moisture as possible.
– Cut off the total current to the machine or mold.
– Check that the machine or mould is at room temperature.
– Introduction without any type of anti-seize paste.
– Holes with H7 tolerance only
– Attach regulation and cutting systems (thermocouples and regulators)
– Insert 100% of the cartridge’s sheath length.
– Do not insert the connection cable inside the hole
– Protect the cables and connection input from: shocks, splashes and excess material .
– Do not pick up or carry the cartridge on the cable.
– Keep the cable away from the heat source and protected from it.
– Do not repair damaged cables. Replace them with new ones identical to the original ones.
– Indicate and send the working conditions (vibration, shocks, humid environments) in writing before accepting the order.
– Never leave in operation without qualified human presence.
– All exposed parts are compulsory for the safety of persons and goods.
– Never connect outdoors.

Cartridge heaters for exclusive use in industrial environments . High concentration heating resistance in W cm2 developing high temperatures . Serious burns may occur if the skin makes contact with parts of the heating system. The process of installing a cartridge involves the expert knowledge and qualifications of the installer. It is necessary to use glasses, safety gloves and appropriate clothing at high  temperatures. It should never be connected outdoors.
