Rama’s cartridge heaters are known for having the highest quality available. The Rama®Rod heaters are the result of many years experience perfecting high watt-density elements which are capable of long life at elevated temperatures. Rama®Rod heaters are manufactured with an Incoloy sheath and Incoloy end disc in addition to lava seal. They provide continuous sheath temperature up to 1600°F, as well as uniform, accurate heating in the lower temperature range.

Rama Corporation has a wide variety of cartridge heater elements. Most of our heaters have high-end incoloy sheathed material to provide an extended lifespan; this material also ensures the heater can withstand the heat it emits and survive harsh environments. A 304-stainless steel sheath is used to defend against moderate and high temperature.

We offer our customers a choice between a wide range of diameters and provide metric measurements for international purchasers. We also work with a variety of plug suppliers, including TE Connectivity/AMP, Molex, Hubbell, Leviton, and more. Our manufacturing team can provide a range of power options, voltage levels, and wattages.

Customized applications are a breeze. Rama Corporation can build cartridge heaters that are anywhere between 7/8″ to 72″ long.
