Installation and Safety Instructions (Revised for Clarity and Conciseness):

WARNING: These cartridge heaters operate at extremely high temperatures and can cause severe burns. Installation and maintenance MUST be performed by qualified personnel wearing appropriate safety gear (safety glasses, gloves, and heat-resistant clothing).

• Before Installation:
  • Ensure the machine or mold is at room temperature.
  • Disconnect all power to the machine or mold.
  • Verify the holes have H7 tolerance.
  • DO NOT use anti-seize paste.
• During Installation:
  • Insert 100% of the cartridge sheath length into the hole.
  • Do not insert the lead wires inside the hole.
  • Protect cables from impacts, splashes, and excess material, and keep them away from heat sources.
  • Attach appropriate temperature regulation and control systems (thermocouples and regulators).
• During Operation:
  • Never operate the heater without qualified personnel present.
  • Never connect the heater outdoors.
  • Replace damaged cables; do not attempt repairs.
  • Clearly label the unit to warn of hot surfaces.
• Storage: Store in a dry environment.
